A recent study showing that we spend less time making the decision to buy a house than we do to get a new haircut or even decide where to go for dinner, was the impetus behind the creation of 27 Minutos Home Staging. It takes us only 27 minutes to make this incredibly important decision in our lives because we make it with our hearts. Yes, we look at the location, the condition of the property, and the market price. But when it comes to the crucial moment, we recognise the house of our dreams as soon as we walk through the door. To help both sellers showcase the strengths of their property and buyers see the possibilities of their future home, home staging is the key to a successful sale and a happy buyer.

About me

My name’s Amber. I’ve travelled the world and lived in several countries and cities, each of which has made a significant impact on my life. I believe that the place we live plays a fundamental role in our daily lives, and our environment can inspire or overwhelm us, supporting growth or causing stagnation. In my case, I draw a lot of inspiration from when I lived in Japan, and Japanese aesthetics are an important part of my creative expression. The search for harmony in everyday things is what inspires me and motivates me to get up every morning!

Coming from an extensive background in the world of e-commerce, brand creation, and digital marketing, I had been looking for something that was more true to my creative side for years. Something that inspired me and, at the same time, made a difference in the lives of others. Home staging is a marketing technique, but its essence is emotional marketing. It uses the spaces in homes to create stories that help sell them. It helps sellers achieve a quick sale at the best price, but it also helps buyers find the house of their dreams. With home staging I have found a project that truly excites me and drives me to keep growing and moving forward.

What does the logo represent?

The 27 Minutos logo is an “ensō”, a Japanese symbol closely related to Zen Buddhism. Zen practitioners draw this circle as a spiritual exercise, attempting to capture a moment in time in a single stroke. For me, this circle represents the vision I have for my work: to capture a special moment in our lives, helping the buyer visualise what their life could be like in the staged home. The ensō is painted in gold, representing the elegance we create in the staging, and the value this technique adds to the sale. The logo is minimalist, an elegant design where nothing is superfluous. This is exactly what I strive to achieve with home staging.
