Thanks to their extensive network of contacts within the sector, they can also access exclusive offers that are not publicly advertised or have yet to hit the market (so-called “whisper listings”).
Once the ideal property is found, the buyer’s agent continues to represent the client, negotiating price and favourable terms, and ensuring all legal and technical documentation is in order.
Fees typically range between 1.5% and 4% of the property’s value, but buyers often recoup this investment through better purchase conditions.
